You are obliged to pay for the item if you win a bid. If you don’t pay for the item, your account will be suspended for a certain period.
You must be on the correct lot before you place a bid. If you bid on the wrong item, contact us immediately, it is not guaranteed that the solution will be found. If the solution is not found, the bid may likely stand.
Bidders can log in by going to their respective accounts using the details used when the account was created.
You may decide to relist your item, starting with a lower bidding price. The other option is to offer an item at a lower price using a ‘buy now option.’
