Joining and sharing
Joining is free. No paid membership is required. Affiliate registration activates your affiliate account. New TRADEit accounts also receive an affiliate account automatically. Affiliates must explain accurately what TRADEit offers and disclose that they may earn a commission. Do not spam, make misleading income claims or promise a sale.
Commission
Earn 20% of eligible verified TRADEit Personal listing fees, Business subscriptions and Business Premium subscriptions. A K20 listing fee earns K4; K300 Business earns K60; K500 Business Premium earns K100. The rate applies to qualifying repeat listing payments and monthly renewals from your referred customer. Commission is calculated on the applicable TRADEit fee, not the item price or accidental overpayments. Free registrations, unpaid requests, complimentary access, self-referrals and recruiting affiliates alone do not earn commission.
Referral tracking
Your customer must open your referral link before creating a new TRADEit account, using the same browser. The referral cookie lasts 30 days. If several links are used before registration, the last tracked affiliate receives attribution. The affiliate attached at registration remains attached for qualifying future payments. Existing accounts are not reassigned by opening a new referral link. Browser settings and cookies can affect tracking.
Verification and refunds
Commissions are recorded only after TRADEit verifies receipt of payment. Each eligible payment earns commission once. Refunded or reversed payments do not qualify: TRADEit will reject unpaid commissions or reconcile any commission already paid. Manual review is required for refunds and corrections.
Manual payouts
TRADEit reconciles commissions and arranges payouts by bank transfer or mobile money. Contact info@tradeitzambia.com to confirm your payout details and date. A commission marked unpaid is earned but has not yet been transferred. Recording a commission does not send money automatically.
